MEET THE BOARD MEMBERS
Behind every successful homeowners association is a competent HOA board of directors. But, what exactly are the HOA board of directors’ duties, roles, and responsibilities? A board of directors is a requirement for a homeowners association to function properly. These elected volunteer officials are responsible for all operations of the association and ensuring the community governing documents are followed and enforced. Each of the officers has their own role to play and responsibilities to the community.

As chosen leaders of the McPherson Ranch Owners Association, the Directors of the Board are responsible for setting a professional tone and maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct; that serves the best interest of the community as a whole. Each Director is expected to set aside any personal agenda, serve for the benefit of the entire Association, and adhere to a Code of Conduct. With that said, your Board of Directors has identified the values of Meaningful work, Responsibility, Accountability, and Community Cooperation as your values for McPherson Ranch.
